A faster plan is not automatically the right plan. We will ask what you use it for - video calls, cloud backups, a till, a houseful of streaming - and put you on the one that covers it.
The router gets configured rather than left on its factory defaults, and Wi-Fi gets placed where it actually needs to reach.
When something is wrong you ring us, not a carrier's call centre. We deal with the network on your behalf.
